AGV and a set of AGV system are connected with warehouse management system and ERP system.

Through the application of AGV in the production process of the factory,it can complete automatically the supply of raw materials for production line printing machines and semi-finished products and finished products after printing. It improves the quality and efficiency of the printing industry in the production and transportation links.

The equipment operator sends the task demand information to the logistics management computer system by calling the terminal according to the material usage.

After receiving the call information, the logistics management computer system sends it to the AGV. The AGV dispatches the AGV closest to the delivery station according to the priority of the delivery task and the principle of the best time to the pickup station, and delivers the material to the designated unloader desk.

After the machine operator completes the current printing task, it sends a call signal to the logistics management computer system through the call terminal at the existing machine, and the AGV dispatches the closest to the delivery according to the priority of the conveying task and the principle of the optimal time to the pickup station. The AGV trolley at the platform will send the finished and semi-finished products to the designated three-dimensional warehouse warehouse platform to perform the warehouse task.

When the AGV battery capacity is lower than the set value, the AGV will dispatch the AGV automatically to the charging station for charging.

When the charger detects that the battery is charged fully, the charger will  stop charging automatically.Then the system will schedule the AGV to perform new handling tasks.
